I'm a writer and psychotherapist. A "foodie" all my adult life, I married a man who loves to cook and did most all the cooking when we weren’t having food adventures throughout regional restaurants (which was often). Then I met several friends from India, who became mentors sharing the art of Indian cuisine. Through that I began to understand the 'Alchemy' behind the art of cooking and it became an adventure. 

I've expanded beyond my Indian cuisine hobby. I blog often about food and cooking and look forward to offering recipes, ideas, memories and ruminations on the pleasure I get from creating, enjoying and sharing.
